• What is the dress code?

  It’s very much dress to impress. Black Tie or National Dress.

• Do you cater for food intolerances, allergies and preferences?

  We do our best to cater for food intolerances, allergies and preferences. Vegan, vegetarian, hallal, & gluten free can all be catered for as well as most allergies such as dairy, nut, shellfish, soya etc. Please make sure that any dietary requirements are noted on your booking form. If we can’t work round it, we’ll let you know. However, we don’t cater for general likes and dislikes – so please don’t tell us you aren’t a fan of coriander!

• Are there any parking instructions?

  Parking changes now apply at the StadiumMK.

  This can be done via the RingoApp, or via pay stations located in the Arena in Gate 6A by the stairs up to the balcony and in Hotel Reception near the lifts.
  Anyone with accommodation booked at the hotel can also make payment at reception.

  For a reduced conference and events rate of £5 for 12 hours and £8 for 24 hours, please use location code 63464.

• How accessible are you for wheelchair users?

  The DoubleTree is fully accessible for wheelchair users with ramps or lifts as appropriate.

• Do you keep tables free for finalists?

  We encourage all our finalists to come to the event and you will get priority booking.
