Our story began in the heart of a small village called Les Cerqueux in the West of France in 1936 with Gabriel Pasquier’s bakery. In 1974 his five sons created Brioche Pasquier, 50 years ago next year. Over the years, we have grown internationally, and 21 years ago made the decision to immerse ourselves in the UK.
Our unique taste is based on simple, authentic French recipes that keep all the indulgent qualities of our products. We pay particular attention to the choice of our raw materials. Our experience and know-how require us to continuously maintain and develop our skills, in strict respect of our products. This experience and family know-how also requires us to develop our skills and to respect our products. Here at Brioche Pasquier, we believe that our quality ingredients are what makes our excellent products. We take pride and great care when we select our suppliers, with whom we build excellent relationships with to ensure we can respect our values in creating products with exceedingly good quality.
Based in Milton Keynes at our 160,000 sq ft technologically advanced production facility, we’ve been developing our own UK production operation for the last 7 years, now capable of producing up to a million Brioche rolls a day. The new lines, when built, will allow us to bake over 2.5million of our various products every day. These Expansion projects over the next 2-5 years will service the UK market, support the strong growth of the company, and create jobs for people in Milton Keynes.
The local community has always been close to our hearts, and we like to be involved in all events and activities as much as possible. One of our key focuses is to support schools, families, and local businesses around all our production sites, all over the world! Milton Keynes has been our home for 17 years now and after the success from last year’s event, we are very excited to be a part of the 2024 Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards, celebrating more achievements and great work from local businesses and of local people, right here in the city of MK!
