Working with investors, Patron Capital and award-winning architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, mixed-use developer, Socius is creating a new chapter for Saxon Court, one of Milton Keynes most recognised buildings.

The plans for MK Gateway will retain, refurbish and extend Saxon Court to deliver new workspace incorporating office, coworking and R&D space, as well as a dedicated innovation hub. There will be 288 new homes to rent, with affordable options, in a new building designed for urban living. These will be the first homes in the UK to incorporate vertical sky gardens, which provide all residents with access to multi-level outdoor spaces for relaxation, work, exercise and gardening. MK Gateway will create over 2,000 new jobs, deliver nearly £300m in social value over the next 20 years, and provide opportunities for independent food, drink and retail outlets, including workshop space for local SMEs.
